Causes skin reaction
I have been using liz Earle for 15 years as I have sensitive skin but unfortunately this product made my skin have a reaction which I was so disappointed in. It would be a nice product if this didn't happen.

Lovely serum
I have just started using this product and glad I bought it. You only need a couple of drops and so actually is quite good value for money. My skin feels smoother and plumper in the morning.

Great serum to moisturise skin
Feels nice not greasy at all. It works well putting it on my skin ( face, neck and décolletage ) when slightly damp and then a few minutes later I use my Liz Earle light cream moisturiser.

Repair hydrating serum
I recently bought this serum & have already ordered my second so I don’t run out. A lifelong fan lo Liz Earle products I have been looking for a really hydrating product. I live by the sea so my skin being hydrated is an issue all year long. I try lots of new products in the hope that one will do the trick being 65 now it is a constant battle & you always think the next product will be the one. Well this serum is. My skin feels great and I use it twice per day under my moisturiser. I will be sticking with it.

is this suitable for use on perioral dermatitis?

We can confirm that all our formulations are made as mild and gentle as possible, and all products are assessed and approved by independent safety experts prior to placing them on the market. However, we are aware that any individual can react to even the most natural of ingredients in the same way as we all can to certain foodstuffs.
Unfortunately, as our products are not intended for medical use we regret that we are unable to advise if it would be suitable as we do not know what ingredients your skin may be sensitive to. It may be worth checking with your GP for further advice. If you do decide to try it we'd suggest that you carry out a patch test first. A little should be applied to a small area such as the crook of the elbow or behind the ear at least 24 hours before use.

Our Skin Repair Hydrating Serum has been designed to instantly quench thirsty skin with a concentrated hydration boost - it contains a double concentration of our hydrating actives and provides an instant and continuous burst of refreshing hydration. Whilst this is not promoted as an 'anti-ageing' product, we know that hydrated skin will appear much smoother, plumper and fine lines will appear softer.
All of our products are formulated to be as mild and gentle as possible; however, we would always recommend you carry out a patch test prior to using any new skincare product for the first time. A small amount should be applied close to the area of intended use (behind the ear is ideal in this instance). Should you experience any redness, irritation or discomfort during the next 24 hours – or at any point during use - then you should immediately discontinue use and we would not recommend use of that particular product.

Does this serum target facial redness?
First off I have to say I don't suffer from facial redness, but can maybe comment on what I have found using the serum. I have a patch of dry raised skin on my forehead and it has been helped in the past by the moisture as my skin has aged. But on trying the hydrating serum I have found such a difference. It is cool to the Skin and hydrates really well. I dispense onto the palm of my hand and then press onto my forehead then cheeks and remainder I press into my neck. Whether I do it correctly remains to be seen! Have to admit my skin feels soft and smooth and clear and really comfortable. I hope this helps.

Hello , I asked the same question about the matching night cream about fragrance. I'm assuming it is the same aroma as this - lavender and clove etc? I find normal skin repair too strong smelling. Thank you.
Hi yes i get what you mean about the skin repair being too strong smelling (i was a huge fan of the original one for many years). The new skin repair night cream i find isnt as overpowering and has a more gentle lavender/rose smell. I personally found it much nicer and lighter than the normal skin repair.
