Do you send personal invites to Liz Earle events?

Most Liz Earle events are featured on our events page, and we invite all customers to attend. However, due to the highly limited number of spaces at our more intimate events, we occasionally send personal invites. When we do host invite-only events, we always aim to invite a mixed group of both longer-term and newer customers, taking into account their personal interests and how close they live to the venue.

Is there a charge for Liz Earle events?

We request a small booking fee for some events, to confirm your attendance. Usually booking fees are fully redeemable against purchases made at the event, unless specified otherwise.

What should I do if I need to cancel?

Can I bring a guest with me?

We are very happy for you to invite a guest to most Liz Earle events, subject to ticket availability.

Can men attend Liz Earle events?

Men are very welcome to attend any of our events and will benefit from the same high level of skincare expertise as female guests.

Will I need to take my make up off to test products at your events?

No, not unless you wish to! If you prefer we can effectively demonstrate how to use our products on the back of your hand.

Can I get advice on a specific skincare query at Liz Earle events?

Yes, our team of Customer Advisers will be available to answer your skincare queries at all events. At selected events, one of our Brand Ambassadors or experts will also be on-hand to offer in-depth advice.
