We’re looking for a Project Manager on fixed term contract basis to manage multiple end to end product related projects, including managing the delivery of NPDs from concept to launch. As a NPD Project Manager, you will be responsible for successful delivery of the Innovation project portfolio, leading on the Innovation Project Management Team whilst being responsible for the day to day operational aspects of Innovation projects and scope. Experienced in all things project management, you will apply best practice project management methodology and enforce standards and processes to deliver successful outcomes to deadline, budget and other relevant performance targets. You will operate competently in a cross functional team environment, ensuring risks are minimised and managed and project documents are complete, current and appropriately stored. You will lead on project governance, managing senior stakeholders and presenting projects to senior management for Stage Gate approval, highlighting key commercial information and risks, whilst owning problem resolution. Additionally, you will conduct post NPD reviews and present reports including recommendations and feedback for future developments. Assuming a strategic approach, you will be responsible for the overall creation and execution of project plans ensuring we remain responsive to the needs of the business and retail and beauty industry.

So, who are we looking for?
Ideally from FMCG environment you will be a skilful Project Manager with sound NPD experience. AMP/Prince2/PMI or PMP qualified you have managed large project portfolios in a fast-paced industry and be an expert in managing stakeholders at all levels and supplier relationships ensuring sound project governance, risk and resource management. Naturally you will be a strong team player; extremely organised, with clear and robust communication and a track record of delivering measurable and tangible results. We are looking for an individual with exposure and gravitas to lead groups of varying seniority and skill level, managing several projects at one time whilst delivering to deadlines and budget.
