Your routine to aid a restful night’s sleep

We know the temptation – with many of us either working from home or under a lot of stress right now, it’s easier and easier to add an extra hour to your bedtime (yes, many of us still have bedtimes). The next thing you know, you’re five episodes deep in your Netflix queue and going to bed at 2am… 

Of course, we all have our own sleep patterns that work for us. However, in a time where maintaining good health is paramount, it’s essential that we all get 7-9 hours rest (the  recommended daily amount of sleep for an adult) to support both our physical and mental wellbeing. While it can sometimes seem impossible to switch off at night – especially at a time like this – a regular, calming evening routine may help you relax into your forty winks much more effectively.
