As a Web Merchandiser you will be reporting to our Ecommerce Manager and supporting our wider digital team with a varied activity. You will, for example, ensure all product information and prices are accurately created and updated in line with schedules across all websites (UK / US / EU). You will also be responsible for maintaining visual exposure through category and product hierarchy as well as having the responsibility of overseeing product promotions online (full lifecycle). With your keen eye for detail you will be ensuring high quality standards are met across all websites and platforms whilst working cross functionally with our warehouse teams to ensure stock availability and consequent web updates accordingly.

Working closely with the wider digital marketing team you will seek to understand site traffic patterns and international taxonomy variations with a view on recommending navigation changes as needed. Additionally, you will have the excellent career opportunity to gain exposure and further experience by contributing to content discussions in support of product launches, limited editions, and product exclusives whilst owning the role of a merchandising lead for the linking strategy (cross and up-sell opportunities).
So, who are we looking for?
This is a support level role in our Digital team suitable for a recent graduate or similar calibre candidate with understanding and knowledge of design / build in HTML and CSS along with experience in analytics tools.
With MS Office packages in your back pocket and excellent organisational and time management skills, you will work effectively across conflicting priorities and stakeholders. You communicate with diplomacy and confidence and have the ability to work collaboratively across stakeholders, remaining flexible to the needs of the business whilst meeting tight deadlines. You will also use your strong data, numeracy, analytical skills to support the wider digital and ecommerce agenda.
