Who else is excited now that it’s officially spring? With brighter days ahead (supposedly), it’s finally time to wave goodbye to winter with a little spring clean – something I do for my wardrobe, my home and, most importantly, my daily skincare and beauty routine.
As a facialist, I tend to get a lot of questions on how to achieve that coveted spring glow, and while everyone’s skin is different, there are a few key tips that apply to all.

3 steps to spring skin
No matter the season, the core of my 3-step daily routine remains largely unchanged – a brief facial massage with my skincare staple Cleanse & Polish™, followed by a refreshing sweep of Instant Boost™ Skin Tonic for a hit of instant hydration.
When it comes to moisturiser however, I will always evaluate how my skin is feeling – which with the variable season of spring, can differ from day to day. I often opt for Superskin™ Moisturiser for the extra hydration it provides, but it’s important to choose based on your skin type.

Buff and smooth
Months of facing up to cold weather and harsh winds can cause skin to appear dull, dry and congested, so now that spring is here I always like to devote some extra time to exfoliation. I usually tell my clients that 2-3 times a week with 1-2 pumps of Gentle Face Exfoliator will do the trick – it really helps slough away dead skin cells for a wonderfully healthy-looking glow.
Longer days mean longer evenings. My trick for soothing puffy, tired eyes and dark circles is to soak two cotton pads in Eyebright™ Soothing Eye Lotion as a cooling compress while I relax for 5-10 minutes – it’s also the perfect prep to hydrate before eye cream.
