As a Mobile Customer Advisor within the Liz Earle Signature Team, you’ll be working at the forefront of our British brand, acting as a brand ambassador across multiple counters within the region, delivering exceptional customer service and driving retail sales. With our rich Isle of Wight heritage and natural approach to skincare and beauty, this is your chance to be part of something special!

Ever visited a Liz Earle counter? Whether you work in a fast-paced Boots store, or within the beauty halls of John Lewis or Fenwick’s, it is important to us that each customer has a truly engaging experience. It is through your passion for sharing expert product knowledge and skincare advice, along with a real desire to find the right solution, that we will delight and educate our customers.

Through in store promotions and delivering varied on and off counter activity, you will be engaging with new customers daily whilst also continuing to build relationships with loyal Liz Earle lovers! You’ll be proactive in your approach and a true brand ambassador, always looking for opportunities to spread the Liz Earle magic. As a Signature Team member, you will work in mobile capacity across a cluster of stores, bringing a fresh burst of energy to any counter you visit whilst sharing best practice across region. Being multi-site, you will enjoy the variety that comes from working across different stores and retailers, while building relationships and being invaluable support to our teams on the shop floor. No day will be the same!

During your 12 week on-counter onboarding and a visit to our Isle of Wight home, you'll be provided with the tools and knowledge to become an ambassador in all things Liz Earle and naturally active, enabling you to positively deliver our Service Model.
