We are looking for a Service and Education Trainer to join our field-based retail training team on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave. As a retail trainer you’ll coach, develop and inspire our Retail Teams across the North East and Central England areas. Your role will be to provide teams with the tools and knowledge across our products, service model and behaviours to deliver a best in class customer experience. Focussed in honest and modern beauty and skincare advice, you will enable our teams to engage the hearts and minds of the customer ultimately leading into attainment of our commercial KPIs. So, what is this role all about?

You’ll work closely with key stakeholders spanning Retail Operations and People and Development to align on key education priorities and training needs within your area covering 31 stores. You’ll manage your diary and travel effectively catering for business priorities and undertaking engaging and impactful store visits that target specific training needs and support the achievement of our commercial KPIs. You’ll document and evaluate all training delivered and set up actionable objectives and follow up whilst engaging relevant stakeholders simultaneously. In addition to shop floor-based training, you’ll deliver classroom training on a regional basis to equip retail teams with the knowledge and skills to deliver the Liz Earle service model and other retail initiatives.

An experienced coach and mentor with a keen interest in learning and development you will target the needs of our retail teams operating in a competitive retail landscape. Equipped with first class presentation skills along with a confident and engaging delivery, a skilled communicator all around. 

A thorough knowledge of our business, brand and products is essential including a track record on delivering training initiatives across selling skills, customer service and behaviours to mention but a few.  An effective relationship builder, you will build positive collaborative relationships with colleagues around the business, whilst leading by example and inspiring our retail teams to deliver the best of Liz Earle. A skilled planner, you will operate effectively in a multisite role organising time and priorities effectively while catering for the needs of the business and our individual team members.
