We are looking for an experienced Inventory Planner to join our Supply and Operations Team in Ryde. You’ll be responsible for the supply planning team ensuring stock and availability and efficient inventory management. So, what is this role all about?
As a Senior Inventory planner, you are responsible for leading a team of planners to ensure we achieve our service and inventory key metrics. You’ll work with internal and external customer with a view to continuous improvement. You’ll play an important role in processes such as NPD development, promotions planning and quality incidents. In addition, you’ll undertake monthly management reporting to provide full visibility of forecasted inventory versus budget. With two direct reports, you invest in your team via active coaching and training & development.

And, who are we looking for?
An experienced supply chain professional with sound planning background within FMCG environment. Holder of relevant Supply Chain qualification, you'll be an expert in strategic inventory management. Being commercially astute you understand the importance of value creation through effective supplier management and lead your team to deliver extraordinary results that minimise risk to business cash flow or customer service levels. You will have previous experience managing a spend in excess of £20 million pounds across multiple vendors.

A result driven individual with first class interpersonal, and stake holder management skills you build effective working relationships across wide range of business functions inclusive of Finance, Project Management, Packaging, Technical and Sourcing to mention a few.
