We’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer. Working within a team of digital experts you will be focused on delivering an excellent customer experience across our online channels, leading the team on all things design and UX while actively supporting the design team with day to day projects. You’ll keep a close eye on what is happening in the market, identifying new initiatives, driving change and optimizing our outputs and ways of working within the team. Working collaboratively alongside the leaders in the Digital Centre of Excellence you’ll help translate business requirements into viable solutions. So, what is this role all about? 

You’ll be responsible for the production of hi-fidelity responsive designs, asset creation, user flows, wire frames and concept development across all digital design deliverables, whilst ensuring consistent ecommerce UX/UI best practices. You’ll be confident consulting with third party partners and agencies to ensure all digital execution is best in class – and upholds our strong brand guidelines. You’ll be comfortable conducting regular competitor research and analysis to identify new initiatives to drive ongoing optimization and transformational change.   


And, who are we looking for?

A self-starter, looking to take ownership of the role to lead, support and encourage our teams as we face into the ever-moving commerce sphere; great at sharing knowledge and helping to upskill and develop our existing team. You’ll have excellent organization skills to monitor and coordinate all work the design team do, delivered through your strong interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience of managing a team would therefore be advantageous. This is a great opportunity for someone with a real passion for design and experience from within a similar ecommerce space.
