Returns & refunds


We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with any item purchased through our Customer Centre or Lizearle.com, then please call us on +44 (0)1983 813913 within 60 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds. Products must at least 50% full to receive a full refund. You may not receive a (full) refund in cases where the product has been used beyond what is deemed reasonable to trial the product. For example, a product that is empty or almost empty. We reserve the right to say that our products may not be suitable for your skin and decline any further purchases from you.

Refunds exclude any delivery charges except for in cases where the entire order is returned. This policy is in place for customers who purchase directly from Lizearle.com and the Customer Centre. Products purchased in store can be returned back to the store, with proof of purchase within 60 days for a refund or exchange. Products purchased via any other stockist must be returned to the original place of purchase.

If you're dissatisfied with our proposed resolution for any reason, you can raise a complaint with the EU's Online Dispute Resolution website.

Products purchased in store can be returned back to the store, with proof of purchase, within 60 days for a refund or exchange.

You have the statutory right to cancel your order, but no later than 14 working days after the day after you receive the product. Please be aware that orders are processed on the same day, as soon as payment is made.
