Don’t miss your opportunity to become part of our Great British beauty brand…We are looking for an experienced Retail L&D / Education Content Designer with  digital expertise to join our Service and Education function.  As a Retail Learning and Development Designer you’ll design, develop and deploy inspirational education content for the Liz Earle Retail population in line with our commercial and people strategy. With our unique brand story, expertise in all things naturally active, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of something truly special!

So, what is this role all about?

You’ll be responsible for conducting evidence based learning needs analysis and the subsequent design of blended learning solutions that close gaps across knowledge, skills and behaviours, leading to achievement of commercial success. You’ll also generate leadership content to support the development of our Counter Manager population working closely with our Service and Education and Retail Managers to map out business needs. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for design of trainer toolkits to enable successful training delivery. Finally, you will undertake measurement and evaluation, pulling on insights to inform decision making whilst also assessing ROI. 

Ultimately, you’ll own the retail education content provision for the Liz Earle brand (digital and copy), while being part of a wider WBA Global Brands L&D team. You’ll operate in a newly created multi-brand matrix structure with a wide network of stakeholders across retail, education, HR, Brand and Communications to mention a few.

And, who are we looking for?

An experienced retail learning and development professional with expertise in digital training design. Previously you have potentially worked ideally as an Education Content Manager / Retail Training Manager and have an extensive background in premium beauty retail. Your specific expertise is in designing customer experience focussed content that engages a diverse retail field force within multichannel environment. 

Ideally CIPD level 3 or above qualified you’ll be a consummate L&D professional with strong project management and organisational skills as well as experience in using learning needs analysis to map out and close gaps across capability and behaviours. Passionate and creative with inclusive and open- minded approach, you’ll drive an agenda of continuous improvement utilising the opportunities of digital world to deliver innovative solutions with positive impact on our people, brand equity and commercial success.
