We’re looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join our technical team to deliver the Liz Earle magic. Responsible for the Quality Assurance of Liz Earle brand, the role will be to work closely with our WBA Global Brands partners. A critical role, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of quality, managing risk to our brand reputation and ensuring continuous improvement agenda.  With our unique brand story and expertise in all things naturally active this is an exciting opportunity to be part of something truly special!

So, what is this role all about?

As Quality Manager you will be responsible for deploying appropriate quality policies and procedures internally as well as throughout Liz Earle’s global supply chain. Ensuring controls in place to ensure incoming and outgoing goods are delivered to relevant standards on ongoing basis. You’ll work closely with Third party contract manufacturers externally as well as various internal teams for example Global Brands Operational teams, Liz Earle formulation, supply operations and customer centre to mention a few. Responsible for the line management and performance of the Liz Earle Quality team across two sites, you’ll optimise delivery of world class quality assurance practices, keeping close to feedback from customers and drive action plans to resolve issues. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for internal auditing of supply chain partners and ensuring completion of monthly supplier scorecard. Based from Isle of Wight, you will undertake regular travel to visit our internal and external partners in the UK as well as overseas.

An experienced Quality Assurance Manager with extensive experience in Cosmetics/ FMCG environment.  An inspirational leader with a track of record of achievement across continuous improvement agenda. Ideally you’ll be experienced in working to ISO22716 Good Manufacturing Practices in Cosmetics standards and have an excellent understanding of  the importance of protecting the brand through ensuring quality of systems, processes and products.

With genuine interest and passion for premium retail, you will thrive in the world of fast-paced Global Brands. A strong and diplomatic team player, you’ll communicate with ease at all levels and have a knack for working cross-functionally, both internally and externally.
