Don’t miss your opportunity to become part of our Great British beauty brand! We’re looking for a Product Manager for our skincare category to join our growing team and deliver the Liz Earle magic. Working within a team of product marketing specialists, you will be building compelling consumer led product strategies, 3-year plans and concepts for Liz Earle and potentially other natural proposition brands within our brand portfolio. You will ensure these plans and concepts are aligned to both the category and brand strategies, while achieving on-time delivery of a profitable plan. So, what is this role all about?

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for end to end product development, from concept creation through to timely delivery of brand product plans. You will co-create brand product strategies, 3-year plans and concepts with the wider Global Brand Category team and skillfully translate these into Liz Earle product plans. Additionally, you will map category trends and opportunities to brand strategies and plans whilst also translating macro trends into micro product details across packaging, formulation, fragrance and design elements. Furthermore, you will manage agency partner deliverables.


And who are we looking for?

An experienced and passionate Product Manager with a background in skincare, beauty or FMCG. You will have a talent for utilising your first-class analytical skills to inform decision-making and strategy and be experienced in brand activation/execution as well as end to end project management.
With a strong innovation agenda, you'll have experience using insights to develop consumer and shopper innovations along with a track record of success in driving positive outcomes for brand, category, local markets and consumers. You will work seamlessly within a matrix structure making sound commercial decisions to ensure delivery on time and on budget. Additionally, you have the specialist knowledge across manufacturing and production methods in skincare using this to build through understanding of suppliers' capabilities and assets.
With genuine interest and real passion for all things skincare and beauty, you will thrive in the world of fast-paced premium retail and global brands. A strong and diplomatic teammate, you will communicate with ease at all levels within matrix structure and have a knack for working cross-functionally, both internally and externally.
