A fixed term contract opportunity has become available for a Payroll & Benefits Administrator to support the Liz Earle internal payroll team. As a Payroll Admin you will be responsible for the monthly preparation of payroll submissions as well as managing incoming queries. Additionally, you will provide a confidential, trustworthy and professional admin support related to our People & Development procedures, employee information and reward and benefits.

So, who are we looking for?
A candidate with previous experience in a similar Payroll & Benefits Administrator role! You will have the utmost attention to detail along with experience working with confidential and critical data in an organised process driven manner. You will have the technical expertise on payroll to be able to confidently handle employee queries relating to pay, statutory deductions and benefits. Working within a highly manual environment going through a payroll migration project, you will be adaptable and flexible in your approach with the ability to stay calm under pressure, prioritising your workload to meet the deadlines. Your resilience, tenacity and positive attitude will ensure each month our payroll is accurate and on time with minimal fuss. You will enjoy fast pace, be a great team worker and used to taking ownership and accountability for your workload. You will have excellent communication skills including the ability to educate and push back on senior stakeholders when required.
