We’re looking for an Operations Administrator/ Admin Co-ordinator for our Visual Merchandising team to deliver the Liz Earle magic! Working within a fast pace premium retail environment you will be supporting the team with ongoing maintenance of the retail estate across all our stores and third-party counters. As an Operations Admin a key part of your role will be to lead the set up and manage the ongoing contract with our maintenance agency partner ensuring overall standards of merchandising in stores are met. Reviewing and allocating workflow and priorities, you will keep on top of all requests ensuring actions are delivered within set KPIs. You will support the roll out of new stores as well as keep on top of any refit activity acting as a point of contact for installation team, Area Managers as well as 3rd party stakeholders for a seamless launch. Additionally, you will be the main point of contact for all maintenance and operational VM queries from retail as well as co-ordinating across our inhouse creative and external suppliers to ensure all signage, props and collateral reach the stores in time. With 160+ counters on our map, you’ll play a pivotal in ensuring our store standards are always on track! Finally, you will keep a keen eye for expenditure, ensuring maintenance costs are tracked and within budget whilst also undertaking any other admin duties in relations supporting the wider VM team.

A cool-headed admin co-ordinator with a can-do attitude and previous experience in a similar fast paced operational role ideally within retail environment! A lover of deadlines and processes you probably also love a list or two and meticulously keep track of all actions ensuring all projects are delivered in time and within budget! Along with all your admin wizardry you will be equipped with sound commercial acumen and problem-solving skills. MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook – you’ve done it all!
