We’re looking for a committed National Account Manager to join our growing brand to deliver the Liz Earle magic. Working within the Sales team, you'll be looking after our multimillion pound department store and independent accounts; developing critical relationships to accelerate growth via the benefits of collaborative trade partnerships and joint business planning. As a National Account Manager based from our London office you'll be responsible for our third-party retail strategy and performance across our key trade relationships with John Lewis / Department store & Independent Accounts.

Responsible for both daily and strategic commercial agreements and relationships, you will manage a multimillion pound P&L. You will lead and develop a small team whilst working effectively in partnership with cross functional teams internally and externally. You will own and deliver the local plans to achieve retail and wholesale expectations. You will conduct successful commercial agreements across pricing, distribution, space, location, in store and online visibility and partnership marketing, using your relationship building skills and commercial acumen to take the growth our British brand to the next level. 

So, who are we looking for?
An experienced National Account Manager with previous experience working with key players of the UK department stores ideally across beauty or premium retail. You'll be degree educated (BA/BSc) with a sound commercial acumen and leadership skills and have a track record in delivering commercial success 

You will have specific talent for utilising your analytical skills to inform decision-making and strategy, often within tight deadlines. With a strong emotional intelligence and a passion for data. You'll be skilled in analysing, reporting and influencing key stakeholders and negotiate with ease, building strong relationships with retailers and your cross-functional partners internally.
