Working within the Sales team, you will be looking after a multimillion pound retail account; developing strong relationships to optimise growth via the benefits of collaborative trade partnerships. As a National Account Manager your key responsibilities will be broken down to commercial agreements and relationships, partnership marketing and the delivery of performance with 3rd party retailers. You will work closely with the Marketing team creating strategy, whilst remaining agile to retail trends, opportunities and strategic needs and manage relationships with Supply (internal and with retailer) to ensure consistently high service levels.

In addition, you will be focussed in monitoring, managing and optimising wholesale performance, accurate launch and continuity forecasting and dynamic inventory and assortment management. Delivery will be supported by the National Account Co-ordinator, whose account management skills will be developed with your guidance.

You will be responsible for the account P&L, balancing investment with wholesale opportunities to deliver agreed profit levels.

So, who are we looking for?
To be successful for the role you will be degree educated with two or more years previous experience in National Accounts.  You will have specific talent for utilising your analytical skills to inform decision making and strategy and display a high level of commerciality, as well as being experienced in building strong relationships with retailers.

With a genuine interest and passion for all things beauty and skincare, you will thrive in the world of fast-paced premium retail and global brands. A strong and diplomatic team player, you will communicate with ease at all levels and have a knack for working cross-functionally, both internally and externally. Furthermore, you will continuously operate within the remit of our Precious Recipe: We Care More, We Never Settle, We Are One Team, ensuring you approach each task or interaction with the care and attention expected when operating in premium retail.
