We’re looking for a National Account Executive to join our growing retail brand to deliver the Liz Earle magic. Working within the National Account Management team, you will provide pivotal support by owning all operational tasks and process, as well as liaising directly with 3rd party retailers. Supporting a team of National Account Managers who look after multimillion pound retail accounts, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of something truly special.
So, what is this role all about?
As a National Account Executive working on high street retail accounts you will work as a part of a National Accounts team supporting with the delivery of strong commercial and operational plans to achieve retail and wholesale expectations. This includes monitoring, managing and analysing wholesale and retail sales performance across our 3rd party partners as well as identifying risks and making recommendations. In addition, you will work cross-functionally with internal partners such as our Supply Chain and Finance teams to ensure stock availability and prompt delivery to retailers, while also acting as a key contact between retailers and other Liz Earle teams to achieve a timely sign off and implementation of activity plans. You will also look after store level forecasting and consequently liaise with Area Managers to give them visibility on appropriate sales targets for their teams. Finally, you will support with the ongoing maintenance of accurate data for MRSPs, cost prices, product attributes and barcodes.
And, who are we looking for?
Someone with good commercial acumen, ideally with a degree or equivalent and previous experience in a similar National Accounts environment. Ideally you will have a retail management or beauty brand background. As an effective communicator with strong organisational skills you will thrive within an environment with deadlines and shifting priorities. The ability to analyse, with rationale, both performance and trends but most importantly make recommendations to sustain profitable performance within your account.
