Don’t miss your opportunity to become part of our Great British beauty brand! We’re looking for a National Account Co-ordinator to join our growing retail brand to deliver the Liz Earle magic. Working within the Sales/ Account Management team, you will provide pivotal support by owning all operational tasks and process, including performance reporting, inventory management and acting as a go-to for all other commercial task. Supporting a team of National Account Managers that look after multimillion pound third party retail accounts this is an exciting opportunity to be part of something truly special.

As a National Account Co-ordinator your key responsibilities are broken down to intensive reporting, co-ordination of product information to retailers and administration of supply/ stock.

More specifically you will collate and analyse data, identify trends and make recommendations. You will own weekly competitor reporting and support on weekly and mid-week sales reporting. In addition, you will work cross functional with internal stakeholders to ensure our third-party retail partners have got relevant product and promotion information available and ensure product and pricing database is kept up to date. Furthermore, you will be managing store-based stock queries and update retailers on stock availability.

So, who are we looking for?
Someone with good commercial acumen, ideally with a degree or equivalent and previous experience in a similar multi-channel National Accounts environment. Experience in a retail management or beauty brand environment would be highly beneficial. You will have specific talent for utilising your analytical skills to produce meaningful reports and be able to identify trends and make recommendations. Effective communicator with a knack for keeping organised even when under pressure, you will thrive within an environment with deadlines and shifting priorities.

With a genuine interest and passion for all things beauty and skincare, you will flourish in the world of fast-paced premium retail and global brands. A strong and diplomatic team player, you will communicate with ease at all levels and operate effectively in a cross functional working environment. Furthermore, you will continuously operate within the remit of our Precious Recipe: We Care More, We Never Settle, We Are One Team, ensuring you approach each task or interaction with the care and attention expected when operating in premium retail.
