A fantastic opportunity has come up internally for an ISO Line Leader to manage our Free of Charge activities across ISO’s, Allocations, GWP and 3rd party testers. Leading a team of Order processors, you’ll ensure excellence across operational standards and customer service at all times. 

So, what is this role all about?
As an ISO Line Leader, you’ll be undertaking a wide range of operational admin tasks across Wholesale and Free of Charge activity. You’ll be ensuring processes and procedures and being followed, trackers and documentation updated whilst engaging with cross functional teams across the business to ensure all allocations and activities are captured and lead times maintained. You’ll also be updating and monitoring the demand and capacity plan daily in order to ensure adequate resource allocation. In addition, you’ll be managing a team of ISO Order Processors, setting high standards across skills and capability whilst leading by example. 

And, who are we looking for?
A positive and forward-thinking team member with customer service focus and a good understanding of fulfilment operations. You are naturally organised, solutions orientated with a proactive approach and a positive mindset. You are comfortable working with complex dispatch procedures and set high personal standards of delivery. 

A self-motivated and results driven individual with first class interpersonal skills, you are comfortable with engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Detail orientated, you keep a beady eye out for potential issues, facilitating positive outcomes by taking timely actions when required. An Excel wizard you have a love for numbers and spreadsheets and understand the importance of accuracy and timely actions at all times. Sage knowledge would be highly beneficial.
