We’ve got a fantastic career opportunity for a proactive HR Administrator to join our growing team. As a HR Admin you will work within our friendly and professional People & Development team, being responsible for providing a confidential and timely admin support to the department. Working under the wing of a group of experienced HR Business Partners, you will own anything related to HR data, processes and reports, buddying up with another HR Admin to support the efficient running of the department and servicing a business of over 900 staff. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate administration of all employee data and produce a variety of business-critical reports. You will also manage multiple inboxes, co-ordinating the information flow in and out of the department and handling basic HR queries. You will be continuously developing our processes, ensuring due diligence across the board, inclusive of carrying out various data audits. Excel will be your daily tool used for reporting extensively across KPI’s, headcount and absence to mention a few. So, who are we looking for?
A process expert and excel wizard of sorts; you love data, reports and organisation. Previous admin background is a must, ideally within an HR environment. Alternatively, perhaps you’ve been a PA, or are a natural born organiser, with the gravitas to push back on stakeholders and keep the team and department in check. You’ll have a mix of analytical and people skills, able to prioritise a busy workload, keep to deadlines, communicate at all levels whilst simultaneously driving an agenda of continuous development. Review, fix, implement – you will make it happen! On Excel, you will be confident with V-Look ups and Pivot tables. You work well under pressure, have a positive and friendly approach and enjoy the challenges that comes with working within a fast-growing retail business with national reach!
