We’re looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead on Liz Earle commercial and channel strategy and retailer relationships. Responsible for the leadership of a multi-channel National Account Management team, you will own the development and execution of our commercial strategy and plans, delivering on year on sales targets whilst feeding into a three-year plan. So, what is this role all about?
As an experienced Head of Sales/ Commercial Manager you will have the overall responsibility for our commercial strategy, along with the execution of commercial plans, ultimately delivering on year-on-year targets across revenue, profitability and market share. A skilled relationship manager, you own our retailer relationships across all channels and build plans that maximise opportunities for Liz Earle and our retail partners. Internally, you will work effectively cross-functionally to define and implement a strategy that will deliver retail objectives, optimise growth and mitigate risk. You will lead a multi-site National Account Management team building, developing and empowering them to deliver results in a challenging retail environment.
Working within a matrix structure with our WBA counterparts, the role will report directly to Commercial Director of WBA Global Brands whilst also forming a pivotal part of the Liz Earle Executive Management team.
And, who are we looking for?
An experienced Head of Sales/ Sales Director/ Commercial Manager with experience delivering a turnover in excess of £100M within a customer focused premium beauty/ retail industry. You will have extensive strategic planning experience across multiple third-party channels and a track record of driving competitive advantage and incremental value. A true relationship manager with high emotional intelligence you excel in building and developing mutually beneficial relationships with retailers and internal partners.
Highly analytical and numerate you are skilled in P&L management, ensuring effective measurement and evaluation that enables sound decision-making and planning on strategic and tactical level.
On top your expertise in sales, you are a charismatic leader with extensive experience in people leadership. This includes leading and developing your immediate team as well as engaging the wider business.
