An internal progression opportunity has come up in the Liz Earle Visual Merchandising team!
Based from our offices in Kings Place, London, you'll be responsible for the creation of all Shopper Marketing assets and Visual Merchandising activity, whilst driving consistency in Brand Visual Identity across the global market place. So, what is this role all about?

As a Global Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for developing and creating all global assets, Visual Merchandising (VM) and Shopper Marketing (SM) toolkits and creative guidelines to drive competitive advantage, incremental value and optimal customer experience. You will work in line with cycle planning times and be responsible for the VM and SM budgets, including managing agency relationships.

Additionally, you will support all global furniture design and development, ensuring you remain fully up to speed with necessary market requirements, while always maintaining consistency and unified approach. 


And who are we looking for?

An experienced and passionate Visual Merchandising Manager with extensive experience in creative asset development. With a track record of driving consistency across Visual Merchandising and Shopper Marketing, you will be competent in both 2D and 3D creative development. You’ll demonstrate your understanding and knowledge of brand building way tools, design development, materials and artworking along with print and production. You have experience in providing clear VM guidelines and principles to local markets and are eager to deepen your understanding of the global marketplace.

With genuine interest and real passion for all things skincare and beauty, you thrive in the world of fast-paced premium retail and global brands. A strong and diplomatic teammate, you will communicate with ease at all levels within the matrix structure and have a knack for working cross-functionally, both internally and externally. This includes displaying exemplary leadership behaviors and managing agency partners to a high standard.
