Based from our offices in Kings Place, London, you'll be responsible for leading the Liz Earle social and digital content and engagement strategies from development to execution driving growth and engagement. So, what is this role all about?
As a Global Social Manager, you will lead the global social and content plan ensuring seamless alignment with the brand consumer driven strategy and annual brand plan. You project manage the planning, asset/tool/functionality creation for all global social and digital merchandising assets for Liz Earle. This involves writing and delivering content in the spirit of the ‘Liz Earle magic’ and working with key channel partners to amplify this to our customer base.
Additionally, you will work together with our brand, PR and Ecommerce teams to deliver a 360° conversation with our audience, ensuring strategic alignment across all activities and fit for purpose content across all relevant channels.
And who are we looking for?
An experienced and passionate Social Content and Engagement Manager with a background in skincare, beauty or FMCG. This includes a comprehensive knowledge of the digital content and engagement marketing mix with a focus on developing content and conversation plans along with measuring and evaluating success.
With a proven understanding of customer and consumer behavior within premium retail, you are experienced in driving a strategic approach to social and digital content activities across multiple markets. As such you will have the confidence and gravitas to influence senior partners and the ability to coach and develop a high performing multidisciplinary team all aligned to deliver our social and digital objectives.
With genuine interest and real passion for all things skincare and beauty, you thrive in the world of fast-paced premium retail and global brands. A strong and diplomatic teammate, you will communicate with ease at all levels within matrix structure and have a knack for working cross-functionally, both internally and externally.
Furthermore, you will continuously operate within the remit of our Precious Recipe - We Care More, We Never Settle, We Are One Team, ensuring you approach each task or interaction with the care and attention expected when operating in premium retail.
