We’re looking for a Global PR Manager to support our Global Head of PR in the creation, delivery and implementation of PR campaigns. This includes assuming direct responsibility for a bulk of our UK and US based PR activity, operating as a pivotal part of the Liz Earle and WBA Communications and PR team.

As Global PR Manager, your key responsibilities will include working closely with internal stakeholders across Group Communications, Marketing, Creative and Copy teams, as well as managing our external PR agency relationships in the UK and US, ensuring business needs are delivered through the utilisation of the most appropriate channels and content. Additionally, you will maintain accurate reports of all global media activity, providing regular and detailed evaluations of media coverage, as well as communicating key PR deliverables to the business. You will manage and build relationships with appropriate external contacts across print and online, securing direct coverage as appropriate. You will enjoy assuming responsibility, working under the direction of the Global Head of PR, whilst managing and developing the Assistant PR Manager.

So, who are we looking for?
To be successful for the role you will have sound PR experience at a similar level within the beauty or lifestyle industry, combined with a PR, Communications or Marketing degree. Your experience will be ideally in-house, rather than agency. You will be an energetic, positive person, full of energy, creative ideas and be motivated to deliver great results. You will be comfortable with change and fast pace and be well equipped to see the brand through a period of fast growth in the UK and globally. A strong knowledge of relevant offline and online media channels will be essential to ensure PR opportunities are maximised. To succeed, you will have a knack for building relationships internally and externally and have an existing portfolio of contacts (press, bloggers, influencers) within the industry. Your communication skills will be second to none along with your time management and organisational skills. Your previous experience includes working closely with PR agencies ensuring business needs are delivered. This includes experience obtaining relevant reports and ensuring detailed and regular evaluations of media coverage.
