Fulfilment Administrator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our Fulfilment Team! Providing support across three sites, we need a fast-paced Administrator with excellent organisational and communication skills and a good level of numeracy to keep our fulfilment back office admin up to date.

Attendance, annual leave, overtime – you track, record, monitor and report on it. Compliance queries, work instructions, meeting room bookings, onsite facilities orders – you have got it covered, no need to worry!

Working closely with our HR and Payroll department, you will ultimately act as a fulfilment point of contact for payroll and attendance data. You will collate and co-ordinate information to deadlines while handling basic queries and flagging up more complex ones for specialist advice. You will act as the admin support for the Facilities Team in Cowes, ordering stock and equipment while acting as the point of contact for the co-ordination of all onsite repairs and maintenance.

So who are we looking for?
You enjoy variety, people and data. With previous admin experience and ideally level 2 or equivalent under your belt, you have excellent keyboard skills and good working knowledge of MS Office Excel, Word and Outlook. Attention to detail is essential as you will be collating and coordinating sensitive payroll and attendance data, working to strict timelines. You will be comfortable influencing stakeholders, chasing up as required and ensuring attention to detail always. You will build relationships effortlessly, working well within a busy open plan office environment.
