A fantastic opportunity has come up in our Ryde office for a part-time Formulation Team Co-Ordinator (administrator) to support our Formulation team with all aspects of product development and maintenance. So, what is this role all about?
As a Formulation Team Co-Ordinator, you’ll be facilitating the day to day running of the team, providing expert admin support. This includes interacting with various departments within the business, specifically brand marketing, quality and regulatory to facilitate progression of projects around new product development and maintenance of product register to mention a few. Additionally, you’ll act as a central point of contact in the formulation department to ensure effective information flow between the team and Customer Centre to resolve any customer queries. Furthermore, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a log of all samples inclusive of building relationships with external suppliers and independent testing houses whilst also coordinating internal user trials and reporting on results. Working closely with our Creative team, you will also co-ordinate artwork approvals ensuring 100% integrity of our product standards.
With a flexible but diligent approach to your role, you will chip in with any additional administration for the team to ensure all projects are progressed within agreed timelines and this critical part of our business operates with maximum efficiency and compliance at all times.
And, who are we looking for?
Simply a natural born organiser with previous admin experience, ideally within the beauty industry. You will have a keen eye for detail, pace and due diligence and skill for coordinating work for yourself and the team around you. With a passion for beauty and love for product development, you will flourish working within a department focused on protecting our philosophy and values.
An expert communicator with excellent people skills and proactive approach, you will build relationships with ease to ensure we stay on top of activity around our existing and new product portfolio. You have the confidence and gravitas to influence people internally and externally to ensure effective information flow and timely completion of all product related activity. Fully computer-literate, you love a tracker, enjoy all things orderly whilst being able to adapt to the fast pace and continuous change of beauty retail!
