We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing brand. Based from our offices in Kings Place, London, you will be responsible for developing and driving Liz Earle global digital marketing strategy through the planning and implementation of online customer acquisition and retention plans. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for our digital strategy, including management of the advertising budget and setting annual customer acquisition and retention targets. As a true leader you will ensure your team fully understand and are engaged in driving the brand’s strategic objectives and priorities and utilise the full mix of digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, retargeting, display, affiliates, paid social, partnership and email). You will work closely with the CRM Marketing Manager to create customer insights and develop an e-CRM program based on customer worth. You will also be responsible for identifying growth and development opportunities through transparent and actionable business reporting and insights that can be shared and easily understood by the wider business. Furthermore, you will work closely with the central brand and retail teams to develop holistic, cross-channel marketing campaigns, identifying and leveraging digital opportunities that support the central communications strategy.

Who are we looking for?
To be successful for the role you will be degree educated ideally within marketing related discipline and have extensive previous experience in a similar Digital Marketing Manager role. You will be an expert in all things e-commerce and digital customer experience in a retail field and have the required skills to make both strategic and tactical decisions to meet the needs of the business. As an inspirational leader you will be skilled in motivating and inspiring a small team of direct reports whilst ensuring engagement with other digital work streams across the business. A strong and diplomatic team player, you will work cross-functionally across multiple departments with differing objectives. Additionally, you will have experience working with and managing multiple third parties ensuring they deliver on time and to budget.
