Data integrity is a fundamental requirement for our planning function to support business critical reporting and data utilisation both internally and with our external 3rd party partners. Due to internal promotions, an opportunity has arisen for an internal candidate with high levels of accuracy, consistency and Excel skills to join our Demand Planning team!

So, what is this role all about?
The Customer Supply Chain & Data Integrity Administrator will be responsible for master data including SKU data (finished goods, support materials, consumables). This will include managing SKU Codes, descriptions, EAN Code, hierarchy identification to mention a few. Working to tight service level agreements the role will involve regular contact with third party retailers to co-ordinate incoming and outgoing data. In addition, you’ll be liaising with internal stakeholders (NPD, commercial, supply chain, finance) to obtain data to enable efficient reporting and data exchange. In addition, the suitable candidate will commence building skills in demand planning by supporting Demand Planners with channel specific requirements. 

And, who are we looking for?
A logical thinker with a knack for numbers and attention to detail. Ideally, you’ll have experience in a role that requires data management and high levels of accuracy.

A self-motivated and results driven individual with first class interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, you will communicate at ease at all levels. Confidence in using Excel with a love for numbers – functions, formulas and V look ups are your thing and patterns and trends excite you.
