We’re looking for a Customer Centre Team Leader…

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of passionate Customer Service experts committed to giving our customers a range of simple yet effective products, together with exceptional levels of service and personalised honest advice!

As a Customer Centre Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring delivery of service excellence through regular training, development and support to your team of six Customer Centre Advisors. The team provides first class support to incoming customer queries via phone, email and social media. This includes providing expert advice regarding our products, supporting the overall service initiatives and handling complex queries as well ensuring sales targets are being catered for.

The role will involve working on a flexible Monday to Sunday rota basis.

So, who are we looking for?
A positive candidate with our Precious Recipe at heart! Sound customer service skills and track record of achievement in meeting targets and KPIs is essential, along with precedent for showcasing leadership behaviours and readiness to step up!

You will possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to motivate, encourage and develop individual team members whilst delivering on set targets, along with undertaking a full cycle of performance management, from managing absences to formally addressing capability. A result driven individual with a genuine interest in our customers at heart, you will work together with your peers and management to support and shape up the delivery of Customer Centre Strategy. You will have a good level of computer literacy across Microsoft applications and a basic understanding of the role of social media. Additionally, you will be naturally organised, able to prioritise effectively along with the courage and diplomacy to lead the team in undertaking and owning challenging decisions and conversations.
