So, what is this role all about?
Our Customer Centre team provides first class support to incoming customer queries via phone, email and social media. This includes providing expert advice regarding our products, supporting the overall service initiatives and handling complex queries. In addition, the team work to sales targets and KPIs, all delivered through personalised service and world class customer experience. 
The role will involve working on a flexible Monday to Sunday rota basis.

And, who are we looking for?
A positive candidate with our Precious Recipe at heart! You’ll have sound customer service skills and a track record of achievement in meeting targets.

A true service superstar, you’ll have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and be naturally organised and calm under pressure. Collaborative in your approach, you work well within a team and enjoy pulling together to support the delivery of the overall Customer Centre Strategy. You’ll also have a good level of computer literacy across MS Office combined with good key board skills to support our live help function. With genuine interest and passion for all things beauty and skincare, you will thrive in the world of fast-paced premium retail.
