As a Liz Earle Counter Manager, you will drive commercial performance through robust business planning, operational excellence, inspirational leadership and best in class service. You will champion and develop a high performing team, taking responsibility for team performance and behaviors whilst engaging field support network as required.

Through in store promotions and varied commercial activity, you will be engaging with new customers daily whilst also continuing to build relationships with dedicated Liz Earle lovers. You’ll be proactive in your approach and a true brand ambassador, always seeking opportunities to spread the Liz Earle magic.

As a Counter Manager, you truly care about our customers, treating each as an individual and delivering exceptional service. You love assuming accountability and ownership for performance and have a genuine passion for working within and developing a team of Liz Earle service superstars. You have a track record of success in delivering towards commercial targets and KPIs along with proven leadership skills in a retail environment, ideally within beauty or other premium retail. You will be customer focused, analytical, nurturing and passionate with proactive and activity driven approach that engages your Liz Earle family, customers and store counterparts alike!

With a robust support network of HR, Operations and Training colleagues in place, you’ll enjoy the opportunity to own your counter, while being able to draw on the resources available to you.
