A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Co-ordinator to join our Creative team. Based from our head office in Ryde, the role will be to co-ordinate and project manage the team work flow, ensuring all creative assets are briefed to designers, delivered on time and reflective of the very best of our growing brand. With our unique brand story and expertise in all things naturally active, this is an exciting opportunity to experience working amongst the creative talent at the heart of creating the Liz Earle magic!

So, what is this role all about?
Operating as an internal creative agency, our creative team look after the full suite of creative design and artwork for the brand. This includes all marketing and visual merchandising assets and a wide range of other corporate collateral. As a Client Services Manager/ Team Co-ordinator you will be the main point of contact for all internal requests and queries sent to creative. You will build and maintain relationships with internal partners ensuring the briefing process is followed. You will manage the design team workload, ensuring that deadlines are met, and adequate resource is allocated to ensure delivery. You will maintain a live tracker of all artworks and lifecycles to ensure utmost organisation always. Additionally, you will provide ad hoc support to the Head of Creative with projects, reports and presentations as and when required.

And, who are we looking for?
An expert team co-ordinator educated to A level / foundation degree level or equivalent. You will have experience in a similar administrative role with high levels of customer contact and you love lists, trackers and strive to have everything running like clockwork. Multiple priorities, challenging deadlines – you will navigate it all with expert precision. Your customer service skills are second to none and with your ability to build relationships across wide range of stakeholders, you will ensure internal customers feel informed and service levels are adhered to. At ease with ambiguity and change, you will approach each day with positivity and resilience while taking full ownership for team deliverables.
