Don’t miss your opportunity to become part of our Great British beauty brand! We’re looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join our marketing team to deliver the Liz Earle magic. Working within a matrix team of global and local experts you’ll be responsible for Liz Earle Global Category Strategy, Global Brand Visual Identity, Consumer Driven Strategy, Global Communications and Campaign delivery. With our unique brand story, expertise in all things naturally active and continuous growth, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of something truly special!

So, what is this role all about?

Big part of your role will involve toolkit delivery to create best in class activation toolkits to local market ensuring excellence in execution. This includes high levels of partnering with the local brand and product teams and agency partners. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in strategic development across marketing activities, product launches as well as long term planning using consumer insights to inform strategy. You’ll also be managing business performance via effective tracking, analysing and evaluation whilst reporting on performance targets and ROI.

And who are we looking for?

A highly experienced Brand Manager with background in beauty retail or FMCG. You’ll be commercially savvy with expertise on ecommerce and a proven track record of delivering product from concept to launch across multiple channels. You’ll have a specific talent for utilising your first-class analytical skills to inform decision making and strategy and be experienced in the asset/ toolkits creation and end to end project management

With genuine interest and passion for all things beauty and skincare, you will thrive in the world of fast-paced premium retail and global brands. A strong and diplomatic team player, you will communicate with ease at all levels and have a knack for working cross-functionally, both internally and externally in a matrix organization.
