    Full retail and product training on our beautiful home on the Isle of Wight: You will be brought to our island home for an in-depth induction training programme. As well as retail and product training, our Signature Service treatments are also taught. You will also have the opportunity to see our headquarters, The Green House, as well as visit the warehouse and Customer Centre for a true insight into what makes Liz Earle the iconic British brand it is today.

  • Contributory pension scheme

    If you contribute 3% of your basic salary, the Company will also make a contribution to the scheme equivalent to 3% of your basic salary. If you do not wish to join the scheme you can opt out at any time. Should you wish to pay more, the company will contribute up to 5%.

  • Competitive holiday allowance

    Competitive holiday allowance, so you can do the things you love with your loved ones. Retail members receive 33 days holiday, pro rata. Head office staff receive 25 days plus bank holidays. Additional long service holiday award applies.

  • Generous product discount

    All employees are entitled to a generous product discount upon joining the Company. A personal product discount scheme of 75% applies on all Liz Earle products for the retail team and 50% for our head office teams.

  • Friends and family discount scheme

    After 12 months’ service, employees will also be invited to join our friends and family scheme. You may nominate 2 people to receive 50% discount and 3 to receive 25% discount
