We’re looking for an Assistant Product Manager to join our growing team and deliver the Liz Earle magic. Working within a team of product marketing specialists, you will lead the development of bespoke product development for our QVC channel and supporting the Product Manager in the delivery of other end to end NPD. With our unique brand story, expertise in all things naturally active and continuous growth, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of something truly special!

So, what is this role all about?
As an Assistant Product Manager you will be responsible for end to end product development for QVC, our longest standing channel partnership. From concept creation through to timely delivery and evaluation you’ll work cross functionally with teams internally including Brand, Formulation, Packaging and Sourcing to mention a few, whilst also liaising closely with our agency partners. Additionally, you’ll be supporting the Product Manager on long term product strategy and plans keeping close to consumer, competitor and trend insights to inform decision making.

And who are we looking for?
A passionate Assistant Product Manager or a high performing Product Assistant with a background in skincare, beauty or FMCG. Experienced in end to end NPD and project management, you’ll work seamlessly within a matrix structure making sound commercial decisions to ensure delivery on time and to budget.

With a strong innovation agenda, you'll have experience using insights to develop new products, continuously building a deeper understanding of the Liz Earle brand and customer and translating these into best consumer product propositions.

With genuine interest and real passion for all things skincare and beauty, you will thrive in the world of fast-paced premium retail. A strong and diplomatic teammate, you will communicate with ease at all levels and have a knack for working cross-functionally, both internally and externally.
