Working within a team of Marketing experts you will be looking after brand activation and execution, supporting with strategic decision making and effectively project managing our growth categories. With our unique brand story, expertise in all things naturally active and continuous growth, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of something truly special!

As an Assistant Brand Manager for Growth Categories, your key responsibilities will be broken down to Activity Execution, Business Performance Management, Brand Innovation, Product and Consumer Analysis / Insights and Relationships and Project Management. Ultimately you will be focussed in supporting the category team’s achievements of financial and commercial targets inclusive of revenue and profitability along with driving improved brand health, measured by awareness, penetration and engagement. You will support the overall decision-making around brand vision, strategic plans and innovation agenda working collaborative with stakeholders across the business.

So, who are we looking for?
To be successful for the role you will be degree educated with previous experience at similar Assistant Brand Manager level. You will have specific talent for utilising your first-class analytical skills to inform decision making and strategy and be experienced in brand activation/execution as well as end to end project management.

With genuine interest and passion for all things beauty, you will thrive in the world of fast-paced premium retail and global brands. A strong and diplomatic team player, you will communicate with ease at all levels and have a knack for working cross-functionally, both internally and externally. Furthermore, you will continuously operate within the remit of our Precious Recipe: We Care More, We Never Settle, We Are One Team ensuring you approach each task or interaction with the care and attention expected when operating in premium retail.
