Working within a team of Marketing experts you will be looking after brand activation and execution, supporting with strategic decision making and effectively project managing our skincare category. So, what is this role all about?

As an Assistant Brand Manager your key responsibilities will be broken down to Activity Execution, Business Performance Management, Brand Innovation, Product and Consumer Analysis / Insights and Relationships and Project Management. Ultimately you will be focussed in supporting the category team’s achievements of financial and commercial targets inclusive of revenue and profitability along with driving improved brand health, measured by awareness, penetration and engagement. You will support the overall decision-making around brand vision, strategic plans and innovation agenda working collaborative with stakeholders across the business.


And, who are we looking for?

A degree educated ABM with experience working within beauty, FMCG or lifestyle industry. Previous experience at similar level is essential along with experience in end to end project management and brand activity and execution ideally within third party retail environment. Additionally, you will have specific talent for utilising your first-class analytical skills to inform decision making and strategy.

With genuine interest and passion for all things beauty and skincare, you will thrive in the world of fast-paced premium retail and global brands. A strong and diplomatic team player, you will communicate with ease at all levels and have a knack for working cross-functionally, both internally and externally.
