Area Manager - 6 months contract

An exciting contract opportunity has come up for an Area Manager to cover our North East region. Leading a team of Liz Earle Service Superstars, you’ll be responsible for managing 17 locations across our third-party retail partners, inspiring your team to deliver our commercial commitments and ensuring exceptional customer experience at all times. With our unique brand story, expertise in all things naturally active, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of something truly special!

So, what's this role all about?

As a Liz Earle Area Manager, you will drive commercial performance through strategic and robust business planning, operational excellence, inspirational leadership and best in class service. You will nurture and develop a high performing team, taking responsibility for team performance and behaviors, engaging field support network as required. You will proactively drive a culture of reward and recognition, celebrating success and turning challenges to opportunities.

You will ensure your teams deliver comprehensive local marketing plans and maximise store opportunities whilst exceeding customer expectations and delivering an outstanding Liz Earle experience. You will analyse performance data to identify issues, troubleshoot effectively and work closely with internal stakeholders to address sales risks and opportunities.

You’ll be proactive in your approach and a true brand ambassador always looking for opportunities to spread the Liz Earle magic!

And, who are we looking for?
A high performing Area Manager with like for like multisite beauty retail experience, inspirational leadership and in-depth understanding of the challenges and opportunities of current the retail landscape. With a knack for converting strategy into vision and breaking this down to simple action plans, you’ll lead your team with passion and infectious energy– inspiring operational excellence, first in class service and achievement of commercial performance. You will be customer focused, analytical and nurturing with proactive and activity driven approach that engages your Liz Earle family, customers and store counterparts alike!
