An amazing opportunity has come up for an Area Manager to join our winning brand. As an experienced Area Manager you will play a pivotal role in delivering commercial performance through exceptional performance of people whilst translating our precious recipe We Care More, We Never Settle, We Are One Team into every day actions.

As a true leader you will take full ownership in driving our people agenda through effective engagement, development and encouragement of your teams across multiple sites. By doing so you will ensure we have highly skilled, motivated and engaged team of Liz Earle Service Superstars delivering commercial success and exceptional customer experience at all times. Sourcing, recruitment, coaching, development and retention will all form part of your remit along with reward and recognition, delivered in active collaboration and partnership with cross functional teams across the business. You will lead with energy, confidence and courage always linking back to our mission, purpose and brand values.
Commercially driven, you will have a proactive approach to driving results and delivering retail KPIs and operational excellence. You will ensure your teams will deliver comprehensive local marketing plans to drive performance and to maximise store opportunities whilst exceeding customer expectations and delivering an outstanding Liz Earle experience. You will analyze performance data to identify issues, troubleshoot effectively and work closely with internal stakeholders to address sales risks and opportunities.
Who are we looking for?
To be successful for the role you will have previous experience in a similar role along with the ability to convert business strategy into vision, breaking this down into simple plans and actions. You will also have previous experience in multisite retail management in a multimillion pound turnover region. Track record of commercial success is essential and you will have a through grasp of the competitor landscape and how this affects our customers. As an engaging and inspiring leader you will have extensive experience in developing people, care for your team being integral part of your success.
