A fantastic career opportunity has arisen for an experienced Social Media and Content Manager to join our growing brand. Based from our offices in Kings Place, London, you will be responsible for owning Liz Earle social media channels by setting objectives and strategies to drive growth and engagement of our online community. Playing a key role within the digital team, you will work with stakeholders across the business to plan requirements for content and align them with the overall digital agenda. As a Social Media and Content Manager you will be taking full ownership of the digital content calendar; planning all content in line with marketing campaigns; and driving different content across the various social media channels, email and onsite to engage audience. Additionally, you will be driving the social media strategy, growth channels and engagement of followers. You will do this by writing and delivering content in the spirit of delivering the ‘Liz Earle magic’ and working with key channel stakeholders to amplify this to our customer base. You will also work with external and internal agencies to create and curate amazing imagery across the platforms. This includes producing photography, video, graphics and GIFs, as well as at times planning and delivering shoots where appropriate. You will also undertake line management of our Social Media Assistant to support you in delivering and implementing social media platform content and process end-to-end, including analysing, reporting and measuring success.
Who are we looking for?
To be successful for the role you will be degree educated and have previous experience in a similar Social Media and Content Manager role, with experience managing and creating content, driving content strategy and calendar, as well as analysing and reporting to measure success. It is essential that you have first-class communication skills and the ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels internally and externally. High level of attention is crucial. As a Social Media and Content Manager you will act as a brand guardian, recognising and leveraging opportunities to spread the “Liz Earle ‘magic’. You will have the pace and tenacity to operate within a fast-paced growing premium beauty environment and an organisation that is going through change. As such, you will be comfortable with ambiguity and have a positive and solutions-driven approach. Previous experience managing a small team would be highly advantageous.
