We’re looking for an experienced interim HR Advisor on a maternity cover basis. Based from our head office in Ryde, you’ll be providing first class Human Resource support to all levels of the business. This includes coaching business leaders and managers to ensure we have the right people in the right place at the right time performing at the optimum level. So, what is this role all about?
As a HR expert you’ll advise the business across People and Development policies, procedures and benefits acting as the first point of contact for any people related queries specifically across our retail teams. You’ll be responsible for the Southern region covering circa 80 third party stores, ensuring all activities in the area are conducted in line with legal requirements and best practice. Through effective coaching you’ll provide support across performance management, disciplinary and grievance issues, minimising a risk to the business. This includes working collaboratively with cross functional teams across Retail, Service & Education, Payroll, Recruitment, Learning and Development to mention a few to ensure best practice people agenda at all times. Additionally, you’ll conduct exit interviews flagging up trends, monitor leavers data as well as ensure effective HR Admin at all times.

  

And, who are we looking for?

An experienced HR Advisor with a background in the private sector. Ideally CIPD qualified, you have a sound understanding of Employment Law and experience in a similar HR generalist role. Skilled in completing investigations, rationalising complex issues and influencing stakeholders, you’ll thrive in the world of fast-paced premium retail. A strong and diplomatic teammate, you will communicate with ease at all levels and have a knack for working cross-functionally.
