This is a great opportunity to join our team in our fabulous London store and treatment rooms. You will support our team and be the first point of contact where we provide treatments to our customers.

As well as providing a warm and professional welcome, you will give a first class service to all our customers and ensure that the appointments and booking process is seamless.

Job description

Main responsibilities:

  1. Be responsible for the entire day to day booking and appointments process, managing appointments and advising customers on the treatment options.
  2. Provide accurate treatment recommendations for new clients, consulting colleagues as necessary.
  3. Ensure all customer information is kept confidential, in line with data protection.
  4. Deal with and answer customer queries as appropriate, using discretion and sensitivity.
  5. Act as the perfect host at all times in your main job role and at any in-store events.
  6. Ensure Company housekeeping standards are adhered to.
  7. Ensure that the reception area and general customer areas reflect our standards at all times.
  8. Assist with maintaining effective treatments stock management.
  9. Keep up to date on Health and Safety and Fire procedures.
  10. If on your working day, commit to attending a weekly training session with the team prior to opening.

Experience and skills

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

  • Experience of reception management in similar service business.
  • Interest in skincare, aromatherapy, health, well-being or general beauty.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Computer literate, with experience of the Microsoft Office packages.
