We are looking for a highly experienced, Customer Advisor to join the team at our flagship store in Duke of York Square, just off the Kings Road in Chelsea. It’s the ultimate destination to discover more about Britain’s best kept beauty secret…

As a Liz Earle Customer Advisor and ambassador in our flagship store your role will be to provide a welcoming and relaxed customer experience, while offering accurate product information and skincare advice.

You will be pivotal in promoting the Liz Earle brand and all things naturally active by ensuring a fantastic customer journey throughout. This will include using your detailed product knowledge and skincare expertise to answer any customer queries, educating the customer about skincare routines and helping to select suitable products. You will also be responsible for ensuring high standards of product presentation and counter cleanliness at all times, as well as maintaining adequate stock levels.

The suitable candidate will come from a customer service background, ideally gained within a beauty or retail environment. It is essential that you have a passion and genuine interest in skincare and beauty therapy. You must drive sales by taking a proactive approach to your day, ensuring team and individual sales targets are reached while never compromising the customer experience.

You will also have first class interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise with all customers, offering recommendations and advice as appropriate. You will engage with the customer by demonstrating products and offering our tailored Signature Services mini treatments.
