We are looking for a qualified Beauty Therapist to join our treatment rooms' team based in our flagship store off the Kings Road in London. In this role you will provide a range of treatments to truly delight our customers and give them a very special experience.

Job description

Main responsibilities:

1. Be very welcoming and friendly to our customers.
2. Provide an excellent level of treatment in a variety of therapies including facial and body massage.
3. Use your beauty treatment, skincare and product knowledge to give advice and guidance to our customers on queries they may have to ensure they are receiving the best regime for their skin type.
4. Be proactive in developing your beauty treatment, skincare and product knowledge, ensuring you have up to date information on our products and formulations, as well as being aware of developments within the beauty industry.
5. Represent the Company and the range at Special Friends talks and be present at customer events as required.
6. Take pride in our treatment rooms, ensuring standards of presentation and cleanliness are excellent at all times.

Experience and skills

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills:

• Excellent beauty therapy qualifications (CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent), having also worked within the luxury skincare and beauty treatments market.
• Great customer service experience gained within a similar environment.
• Superb communication skills.
• Friendly and approachable style.
