As one of our Therapists you will provide facial treatments to truly delight our customers; giving them the ultimate treatment experience, offering relaxed and bespoke after care and maintaining superb standards within our treatments environment.

Job description
Main purpose of job:
To ensure that a positive experience is enjoyed by all visitors to our treatment rooms, by providing a relaxed and welcoming environment in which customers know they will experience fabulous pampering treats. Guide and advise customers regarding treatments, skincare and products.
Main responsibilities:
- Be very welcoming and friendly to our customers.
- Provide an excellent level of facial treatments.
- Use your beauty treatment, skincare and product knowledge to give advice and guidance to our customers on queries they may have, to ensure they are receiving the best regime for their skin type.
- Be proactive in developing your beauty treatment, skincare and product knowledge, ensuring you have up to date information on our products and formulations, as well as being aware of developments within the beauty industry.
- Represent the Company and the range at customer events as required.
- Take pride in our treatment rooms, ensuring standards of presentation and cleanliness are excellent at all times.
Experience and skills
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills:
- Excellent beauty therapy qualifications (CIBTAC or CIDESCO), having also worked within the luxury skincare and beauty treatments market.
- Outstanding customer service skills gained through experience within a similar environment.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.

- Trustworthy, sensitive and discrete; able to work in total confidence.
