I bought a product from Boots/John Lewis and I didn't receive a complimentary item. Why is this?

We launched in stockists such as Boots and John Lewis in response to customers telling us that they would love to be able to pick up their Liz Earle essentials in their local area. However, our complimentary gift with purchase and loyalty schemes are exclusive when you shop with us direct, either via our Customer Centre or one of our four Liz Earle direct stores.
